Ready to lease an available apartment? Apply for an available apartment at Forest Creek of Ruston or Homeville by clicking the buttons below. You have the option to save your application and come back later to finish it!  Entire leasing process is electronic.

Please do not apply unless you are ready to begin the leasing process of a specific apartment.  Everyone living in the apartment must fill out an application and complete a background check.

Background check is $32, payable online to TransUnion.  You will receive an email with instructions to complete the background check as soon as we receive your application.  Read the "resident qualifications" at the top of the application for more information on income requirements. Applicants must have a verifiable income of three times the monthly rent.  Only students are allowed to have a co-signer/guarantor. 
Applicants should also complete the Pet Screening Application and select Household Pet, Service Animal, or No Pet.  The Pet Screening link is found on the application.
